Ray Bretzmann has practiced law in High Point since 1974, concentrating in personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation, and traffic law.

Ray grew up in Livingston, NJ. He moved south in 1967 to attend Wake Forest University, where he graduated with honors in 1971. Three years later he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Wake Forest University Law School.

Ray is licensed to practice law in all courts across North Carolina, the United States District Court, and the United States Supreme Court.

Ray's step-son was 24 year's old when he was paralyzed following an accident caused by a drunk driver in 1999. He knows first-hand the devastation that personal injuries, particularly traumatic brain injuries, can cause, both to the injured person as well as their families.

Ray and his wife, Teresa, have one child, Casey Allison Bretzmann.
